The manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations including staff recruitment and management, inventory coordination, marketing, cash management and facility maintenance. The manager will assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures as well as the development of short and long range goals for the organization. Must have excellent people skills and be able to supervise a number of people all working on various projects. Experience and knowledge of construction materials preferred.  As the organization grows, there will be tremendous opportunities for professional growth and development. 40030 Line Cook Up to $12.50/DOE Temp to Hire
Experience: Char and flat grill capability. Fryer Operation, equipment maintenance/cleaning, daily food prep procedures, specials & soup recipes. Must have organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills. Food safety certification desired. Responsibilities: Daily shift operation management, primary food cooking, completion of daily food prep list, setting daily specials, portion control, waste minimization, clean up. Must maintain kitchen operating procedures and safety, assist with new recruit training, assist in food shipment receiving and stocking.
