JOB SUMMARY:
Works effectively with a crew of Technicians in the installation of met towers while ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Provide prompt and accurate communication between the Lead Technician, Operation Manager, Project Coordinator and customer.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Work with a crew of Technicians installing met towers to ensure client satisfaction and stimulate repeat business; will include assisting in pre-installation site layout, some layout, some analysis and reporting; quality and on-site safety assurance; and effective coordination with the Lead Technician and others on the crew.
· Attends regular tailgate safety meetings.
· Effectively executes responsibilities as assigned by the Lead Technician including, but not limited to; site pre-installation, and post installation checklists, site layout, guy wire adjustments, and communication with Lead Technician and other crew members.
· Pre-installation site layout may include, but is not limited to: anchor installation, guy wire layouts, tower tube assembly, boom and sensor installation.
· Completes all required paperwork in a timely manner, including but not limited to, time records.
· Enforces all company policies and procedures; safety practices. Adheres to all client-related safety requirements.
· (Level 2) Perform site layout under direction of Lead Technician
· (Level 2) Wiring and testing of sensors. Wiring and programming of loggers/ipacks.
· (Level 2) Assume the lead role when Lead Technician is absent.
· Maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to all DOT regulations and requirements.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY:
Supervise a crew of Technicians in the installation of met towers while ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Provide prompt and accurate communication between the Operation Manager and customer.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Supervises a crew of Technicians and prioritizes work. Includes field technician supervision, pre-site layout and provide timely feedback to the Project Coordinator on results; new technician training.
· Reads and follows project plans, material lists and guidelines and applies necessary timelines.
· Conducts regular tailgate safety meetings.
· Fulfills all regular and advanced installation/construction duties, including project layout.
· Completes all required paperwork in a timely manner, including but limited to, credit card receipts and time records.
· Enforces all company policies and procedures; safety practices. Enforces all client-related safety requirements.
· Review and verify employee time records with Office Manager. Ensure that hours are assigned properly.
· Takes ownership of all equipment ensuring proper care and maintenance.
· (Level 1) Conduct basic removals and tilt-downs; ability to program and wire NRG loggers and iPacks; install a met tower with supervision; and has a basic understanding of site commissioning.
· (Level 2) Proficient at logger programming (NRG and Nomad 2); minimal supervision with tower layout/install; complete site commissioning in a timely fashion without error/supervision; and maintain a valid driver's license (preferably a Class A CDL). A level 2 lead technician is able to solve some problems and effectively communicate those solutions with the Project Coordinators.
· (Level 3) Ability to install in abnormal site conditions or unusual tower configurations to include but limited to mountain ranges, non-NRG or SW towers, special heated sensors and international installs; Proficient at logger programming (NRG and Nomad 2); able to resolve most issues without input and communicate effectively with Project Coordinators; maintain valid driver's license (preferably a Class A CDL); certified climber.
