interview, and then have access to all our job openings. We do the search for you,
giving you more
exposure to job opportunities. If you are trying to
move into our local service areas, our knowledge of client companies
is a source of feedback and information.

I receive benefits while working for
Employment Connections, Inc.?
Benefits are not issued to employees involved in the
Temporary-To-Hire program.
Some employers
allow us to pay holidays or special overtime situations. Be sure to ask if this applies
to each job offered to you.
When we place you in a position called
"Direct Placement," you receive the
benefit package of the company you work
for.

Carroll, Iowa?
General employment will focus within a 60-mile radius of our local
offices. For technical professionals, our
technical recruiter works with companies throughout the Midwest.

employers' costs are competitive and simplify the hiring process. There are no costs to the
job applicant for using our service.
