Data Entry/Administrator
Trial HIreSpirit Lake

This position requires someone with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, efficient with data entry and can multi-task. This is a trial hire positions with the intention of becoming long-term employee of our client.


·        Answer/troubleshoot client phone calls and emails regarding their account

·        Claims data entry

·        Claims payments and processing

·        Client invoicing

·        Monitor and keep up to date on all IRS regulations pertaining to Cafeteria and HRA plan administration

·        Perform client year-end account audits

·        Client account enrollments


·        Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word/Excel

·        Must be willing to learn operation of specialized claims processing software program

·        Must be able to work independently and as a team

·        Knowledge of general accounting and employee benefits and how they work are a plus

·        Must pass post offer, pre-employment drug screen



·        8am-5pm Monday through Thursday
