The Receptionist is the first impression for our client’s business. This is a trial hire position with the intention of becoming a long-term employee of our client.


·       Answer the phones and greet customers in a courteous and professional manner

·       Perform clerical duties including copying and faxing documents, filing, correspondence preparation, email correspondence, direct mail.

·       Assist with employee engagement events.

·       Performs other duties as assigned.


·       Ability to read, write, and understand both English and Spanish.

·       Ability to maintain confidentiality.

·       Ability to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

·       Must be computer literate with proficiency using MS Office products.

·       Above average customer service skills required.

·       Pass background check, physical and post-offer, pre-employment drug screen.
