This position does not require the ability to weld, those who can weld will receive more compensation. This is a trial hire position with the intention of becoming a long-term, full-time employee of our client Midwest Industries.

Responsibilities:

·        Operate robotic welder.

·        Maintain a steady workflow by performing prescribed procedures accurately and timely.

·        Perform duties with minimal supervision.

·        Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.

·        Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules.

·        Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements:

·        Read blueprints and schematics

·        Use measuring and cutting tools

·        Must be able to receive instructions both written and verbally in English.

·        Must be able to lift 30lbs.

·        Post-offer, pre-employment drug screen
