Local business looking for Customer Service Representative. This is trial hire position with the expectation of becoming a long-term full-time employee of our client.



·        Answer phones and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

·        Scheduling appointments for service calls.

·        Manage service and job tickets, as well as customer lists.

·        Filing work tickets and other documents.

·        Problem solving regarding company products and services.


·        Above average customer service skills.

·        Must be computer literate with experience in MS Office Suite and Quickbooks.

·        Good communication and organizational skills required.

·        Must pass post-offer, pre-employment drug screen.


·        8 am-5:00 PM Monday-Friday
