Injection Molding Machine Operator for Byron Originals in Ida Grove. This is a trial hire position with the intention of becoming a long-term, full-time employee.

Responsibilities:

·        Set up and operate injection molding machine

·        Retrieve parts from press and visually inspect for defects.

·        Work at a steady pace with minimal supervision

·        Keep work area clean and in orderly condition

·        Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

·        Must demonstrate good work habits such as productivity, efficiency and organizational skills

·        Must be willing and able to adhere to all company policies including safety requirements

·        Prefer previous manufacturing experience.

·        Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions in English.

·        Ability to lift up to 25lbs on a consistent basis

·        Must be dependable and responsible

·        Post-offer, pre-employment drug screen
