Dynamic local insurance office looking for individual that wishes to launch their career in the insurance industry.



·       Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.

·       Help clients find the appropriate product to fill their needs

·       Write quotes for new and existing clients

·       Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, and issue service discontinuance orders, using computers. Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

·       Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, and/or arrange for billing.

·       Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

·       Solicit sale of new or additional services or products.


·       Above average verbal and written communication skills

·       Computer literacy

·       Organized, detailed oriented and accurate

·       Must be driven with a true desire to help people

·       Willingness to become licensed in the state of Iowa

·       Previous experience not required but would be beneficial

·       Post-offer, pre-employment drug screen required.



·       8am-5pm Monday through Friday
