Provides administrative support to busy area law office.


·       Bookkeeping duties include:

o   AP/AR

o   Payroll

o   General ledger

·       Administrative duties include:

o   Greet clients

o   Answer phones

o   Data Entry

·       Represent firm in professional and confidential manner.


·       Above average written and verbal communication skills.

·       Previous accounting experience or education.

·       Software experience: Quickbooks, Word, Excel, Outlook.

·       Organized and detail oriented.

·       Ability to work on own with little supervision.

·       Paralegal experience desired.


·       Must pass post offer, pre-employment drug screen.
