Spencer distribution center in search of an Assistant Manager with strong warehousing, inventory control and supervisory experience. Pay will depend upon the skills and experience of the candidate. 

Responsibilities:

·        Assist site manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations

·        Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, discipline and development of warehouse associates.

·        Schedule, assign and perform various warehousing duties related to shipping receiving and inventory control.

·        Enforcement of company safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

·        Minimum of 3 years prior warehouse supervisory or management experience.

·        Experience operating PC with spreadsheet, e-email and work processing software.

·        Previous experience using SAP or similar WMS.

·        Must have experience operating forklift and scanning equipment.

·        Must pass post-offer, pre-employment drug screen.
