Provides administrative support to busy area law office.

Responsibilities:

·       Administrative duties include:

o   Greet clients

o   Answer phones

o   Data Entry

o   Sort and distribute mail

o   Copy and assemble tax returns

·       Represent firm in professional and confidential manner.

·       Provide accounting support to accounting department.

Requirements:

·       Above average written and verbal communication skills.

·       Previous accounting experience or education.

·       Organized and detail oriented.

·       Ability to work on own with little supervision.

·       Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook

·       Paralegal experience desired.
