The HR Assistant will work closely to ensure that the right person is hired for the job while adhering to all federal and state employment laws.  This is a long-term, full-time position.       



·        Human resource responsibilities include:

o   Recruit for open positions

o   Interviewing applicants

o   Screening applicants

o   Reference Checking

o   New employee orientation

o   Maintain employee files

·        Payroll entry

·        General clerical duties

o   Data entry

o   Filing

o   Answering phones


·        Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office products.

·        Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

·        Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills

·        Must be able to maintain confidentiality

·        Must be able to work with others or autonomously

·        Previous Human Resource experience would be beneficial

·        Post-offer, pre-employment drug screen required
