Utilizing a team approach, candidate will be involved in the customer service, administration and light bookkeeping activities for a fast pace and growing company. 

Responsibilities:

·       Answer phones and greet customers

    • Write up work orders
    • Enter notes for services to be performed
    • Prepare paperwork and coordinate document workflow for sales
  • Light Bookkeeping
    • Receive and apply customer payments
    • Invoice customers
    • Prepare month end statements
    • Prepare bank deposits

·       Administrative

o   Sort and distribute mail

o   Maintain service schedules in Excel

o   Coordinate schedules with other departments

o   Track work progress

o   Coordinate freight and UPS shipments

o   Coordinate seasonal mailings

o   Data Entry

Requirements:

·       Excellent customer service skills

·       Ability to resolve problems as they arise

·       Ability to delegate responsibilities as needed

·       Above average written and verbal communication skills

·       Organized and detail oriented

·       Ability to see a need and take care of it

·       Ability to work on own with little supervision

Skills and Education:

·       10-key

·       Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook

·       QuickBooks and light accounting experience a plus.

Hours:

·       8:00am-5:00pm; Monday-Friday

o   Busy season will require overtime as needed, including weekends.
