Well established company in Spencer seeking an Office Manager. The ideal candidate would be described as a self-starter with excellent customer service skills, above average written and verbal communication skills and the ability to see a need and take care of it. Duties include but are not limited to business communications, general ledger bookkeeping, data entry, record retention, and customer service. Skills include 10-key, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks. Education or background in accounting, business or agriculture preferred. The pay for this position will depend upon the skills and experience of the candidate. Typical hours are 8am-5pm M-F. This is a trial hire position with the intention of becoming a long-term, full-time employee of our client. Post-offer, pre-employment drug test is required.
