Well established local business looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager. The Bookkeeper/Office Manager is responsible for the day to day transactions of the business including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Payroll, Health Insurance reporting, General Ledger and account reconciliation. The Accountant will also prepare end of month, quarterly and annual reports for the owners. Must be computer literate with experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Computerized Accounting software. Above average written and verbal communication skills are necessary. The ideal candidate will have an Associates Degree in Accounting or the equivalent experience. The pay will be based upon the skills and experience the candidate brings to the table. This is a trial hire position with the intention  of becoming a long-term, full-time employee. 

 Post-offer, pre-employment drug screen required.
